"Imagine Learning" has been a difficult program for our computers and network at our school.
The computers "lock up" without any way to restart them except with a power reboot which causes problems for the hard drives (widows and orphans in the FAT-File Allocation Table).
When the student restarts the computer and logs in again the lesson is lost and the student has to start over.
It takes 2 to 4.5 minutes to load so rebooting makes things even more difficult.
The network is using 10-100 and 1G Ethernet connections. Laptops using wireless are severely compromised. The "wired" computers work in a more reliable fashion even though they have a high grade access point system.
The network is using "fiber".
All of the other programs work fine throughout the school. Imagine Learning is the only program that's hard to work with on both Desktop and Laptop computers.
